This is meant for transferring values from one EquationSystems to another even in the case of having different meshes.

Implemented in libMesh::DTKSolutionTransfer, libMesh::BoundaryVolumeSolutionTransfer, libMesh::DirectSolutionTransfer, libMesh::MeshfreeSolutionTransfer, and libMesh::MeshFunctionSolutionTransfer.
