LayeredPlenumTemperatureAction

Creates the necessary AuxVariables, AuxKernels, Postprocessors and UserObjects to calculate the temperature of plenum for Layered1D or Layered2D geometries.

The LayeredPlenumTemperatureAction action sets up the AuxVariables, AuxKernels, and Postprocessors required to calculate the temperature of the unmeshed plenum region between the fuel and clad.
